With a warm and welcoming style, this modern hotel is well located in the famous Gran Vía of Madrid, close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de España.

In the commercial heart of the city, you will be very near the Triangle of Arts, formed by the El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza museums. Near public transport, you can find your way around the city with minimal hassle.

Conveniently located, clean, staff helpful.

The near gothic ultramodern room decor needs some get use to. Light
switches are difficult to control, hard to turn on (or leave on) one
light without turning all lights on.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, walking distance from major attractions and shopping centers, I totally recommends it for short period accomodation in Madrid. Especially if you want to go shopping after finishing the city tours.

A wireless internet access would've been convenient.

Excellent location, within minutes of lots of plaza's either by foot or metro, and altough the hotel is right in the buzz of the city the minute you enter the hotel and espcially your room, you are in a cocoon of tranquility---Perfect

It was very central and the staff were helpful and friendly

There was difficulty with gaining access to terrace roof, we did access
it once. I read a review before we stayed in hotel and someone else had
mentioned that problem as well. There was a sign put up stating that the
roof terrace was under improvements. Overall we had a lovely stay there
and would go back again. Great Value for money.

Large rooms,especially the bathrooms. Very clean

The aircondition. The temperature was set to 25 and it was very hot.It
caused sleepless and noisy nights cause we had to open the window.
