This striking listed building is situated on Madrid’s famous Gran Via in the very centre of the city.

The hotel was completely refurbished in 2007. While the building’s beautiful, historic, original exterior was preserved, the interiors were sympathetically modernised. Since its renovation, the hotel now offers the most modern accommodation on the Gran Via.

In the heart of the Spanish capital, the hotel is close to the city’s famous Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The Vincci Capitol is in the centre of Madrid’s commercial heart and close to the Triangle of Arts, which is formed by the museums El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza.

The hotel has a coffee shop and a lounge, laundry service and room service. Also the hotel have an Spa for individual use, and a massage service.

The staff were very helpfull and the hotel loction was perfect ! the hotel itself was very modernly designed and we felt really welcomed on our arrival

Since I had a baby, I needed at least a boiler or an electrical cattle, but there were none. We managed to get the hot water suply from the bar / restaurant. Fortunately we had a thermos to last us throughout the night and outing trips

Great location, stylish room, and pretty comfortable.

We got sick of only having twin beds on this trip. European hotels need to get with the program and provide King or Queen beds. This isn't the 50's!

The breakfast. The central location.

The smell in the bathroom and the shower water flowed out on to the floor making it necessary to use the towels to dry it up. The smell in the bathroom and the noise outside. The fridge was warm. The decor was far too dark. Difficult to work the lighting system.

Couldn't ask for a better location. On check in we were upgraded to an Executive Room, which was very kind. Room had excellent views. Staff were friendly.

When one had a shower the floor got very wet. Only one English speaking TV channel.

It is in a great location for Madrid, central to everything and easy to get around from the hotel. The rooms were clean and rommy enough. The bathroom was modern and equipped.

The bathtub drain did not work and the lighting system was difficult to use.
