You will find the greatest care has been taken choosing the products in the breakfast room and the food's presentation shows exquisite good taste. With more then 120 items and a buffet for those on a diet, the most demanding of tastes will surely be satisfied.

L´Albufera restaurant
Opening hours: from Monday to Sunday from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:30 to 00:00.
The ideal place to try the exquisite rice dishes from Spain's east coast, as well as a wide range of Spanish cuisine. For greater privacy, the space is divided in 2: a welcoming covered terrace and a large lounge on several levels, including a smoking area. Attentive service will take care of all the details for your maximum enjoyment.

El Comendador Bar
Opening hours: from Monday to Sunday from 19:00 to 02:30.
Relax from the daily grind while enjoying a drink in a calm, elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Strategically located in the centre of Madrid, a few metres from the Paseo de la Castellana and 15 minutes from the airport, the M-40 motorway takes you to the IFEMA Exhibition Centre and the Municipal Conference centre.

A pleasant 10-minute walk will get you to the Exhibition and Conference centre or Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu stadium. You will find large, well-known shopping centres nearby.

I was upgraded on arrival without asking. The hotel is pretty good all
round. There is a big variety of things in the breakfast buffet.

I can't fault booking.com or the hotel because the info is accurate.But
knowing Madrid a bit better I would prefer to be more central. There are
a few bars and restaurants in the hotel area for a quiet night, but I
found the places to go are the centre of town (like Sol). It was about
10 min walk to metro, 5 stops, then change to another metro line,
another 3 stops.No big problem but about 40 mins

The reception staff were generally polite but the desk understaffed. The furnishings generally "tired" & well below that I would expect of a 4 star hotel ... and the breakfast was a joke: there was a queue to enter, a very long breakfast buffet menu of which a substantial part was not available. All very 1970's and a big disappointment - I checked out 2 days early.

breakfast (excellent variety and quality), spacious (deluxe) room

a bit far from the historic center, metro station is about 10 minutes walk (not too close)

The size of the room and the bathrooms are perfect ! The conceirge
service is perfect ! The location of the hotel is great !

I must say the food at room service is ridiculously priced though the
presentation is wonderful

bathroom was very clean; room was sound proof; avaliablity of Arabic TV channels; AC control was excellent

poor response to e-mails; size of the room was too small; wierless internet was not avaliable in rooms; IT technical assisstent was not speak English and could not resolve my problem with wired internet

Comfortable, clean, nice atmosphere. Piano in the bar.

I didn't find the staff very friendly, also the bar was very expensive.
