Hotel information

The hotel has 113 rooms, entirely soundproofed and fully equipped, with free Wi-Fi internet access. There are rooms for disabled people, as well as cots and a sofa-bed to make a triple room.

All of the hotel is a non-smoking area, except in the outdoor areas such as the terrace of the restaurant or the flat roof on the 10th floor, from which you can enjoy fabulous views of the Gothic district, the cathedral, Montjuic and the Mediterranean Sea.

Next to the hall, there is the bar, the terrace and the restaurant, where you can enjoy a personalised service and an elaborate local cuisine a la carte, with drinks and snacks, from 11:00 until 23:00.

For business guests, the hotel also offers 3 conference rooms with natural light, where you can carry out your company meetings or enjoy every type of feast. The rooms have a capacity for up to 60 people each and amenities include a screen for presentations, LCD, slide projector, PA system, internet connection and more.

Next to the lobby you will find the Bar, Terrace and Restaurant “Nineteen” where you can enjoy a personalized service a sophisticated drinks menu, snacks and local Mediterranean dishes from 11:00 to 23:00

1) The Staff were very Helpful. 2) The rooms were very clean and well serviced daily.

1) Room did not come provided with a bath tub, which would have been excellent for soaking-in after a long day of touring Barcelona. 2) Sound proofing was poor, noise from other rooms can be heard.

All the staff were extremely helpful

As per other comments on the web site, the walls are not very thick so there is some noise, but acceptable, and the loo is a bit close so best to stay with someone you know!

The extra large comfortable bed was great!

Our room was the smallest on the floor. Was this because we booked via a discount website? Also, neighbours could be clearly heard next door; rooms not very sound proof.

staff not as welcoming and helping. i asked for iron in the room and they said they don't provide that service and have to pay for ironing ... there was a pole in the middle of our room and it was obstructing the way...

The hotel is nice, has excellent location.

The service was poor (we stayed 3 nights and nobody changed towels and did the room!!!), there was not possible later check-out (we needed to leave room at 2.00 P.M.), and when the staff booked for us a taxi, they dispatched wrong luggage!!! If we did not check our luggage in a cab, we would leave with somebody else´s luggage! I think that 4* hotel must have a better service.
