The Hotel Charsfield is a grand Victorian building classified by the National Trust which has been recently restored to it's former glory. We offer a range of rooms to choose from Deluxe to our Premier Spa rooms. We have two conference rooms, a bar, dining room, a lavish reading room, an historic snooker room, access to a fully equipped gym and we can arrange massage, reflexology and beauty treatments in your room (extra cost). We were the winners of the Australian Achievers Award for excellence in customer service in 2001, and in 2002 we achieved a "highly recommended" rating. The Hotel Charsfield as unique as the people who stay here.

Charsfield is a grand Victorian building, classified by the National Trust. After being restored to its former glory, it opened late in 2000 as Hotel Charsfield, boasting 41 hotel rooms, 2 conferences rooms, and lavish public areas such as the Sitting Room, Snooker Room, and Dining Room.

Recently renovated, Hotel Charsfield provides comfortable and well-appointed rooms and facilities. A range of room types are offered to fit your needs and your budget.

The hotel is completely Non-Smoking.

Food & beverage

Nibbles restaurant open for breakfast daily. Lunch served Monday to Friday. Dinner served Sunday to Friday nights. Nibbles Bar - open nightly.

Rooms (deluxe and suites) accommodate a maximum of 2 people with a queen size bed. Please state if additional bedding is required in the comment sections when making your booking.

It's location so handy to center of Melbourne.Free internet access.

Teh restaurant was ininordinately expensive, preventing us from taking any meals there, and the menu was not very imaginative.

The very friendly lady in the dining room (I think she is Greek) She made a very difficult time for me much easier by being so friendly and professional

Ease of access to the city centre

The snooker room closed at 11:00 pm - we arrived back at the hotel at 11:09 pm.

Hotel magnifique et confortable, service impeccable, chambres luxueuses et très complètes, très bien situé tout près de transports en commun, accès internet gratuit (dans salon) - petit déjeuner anglais (en supplément) copieux et cuisiné à la carte.

dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de rideaux/voiles dans la chambre car la chambre donnait dans la rue et on devait donc fermer les tentures ce qui plonge la chambre dans le noir
